Send us a sketch, DXF/DWG, or 3D model and we’ll convert it into an optimised nest that maximises material utilisation and minimises scrap.

High-definition plasma delivers clean edges with minimal dross—perfect for machinery parts, gussets and decorative panels.

CNC Oxy-Fuel Cutting (32 mm – 100 mm)

For thick plate we use oxy-fuel head that cuts through up to 100 mm with square edges.

Pressing & Folding

200 tons press brake folds parts up to 3 m long. Use our pressing service for brackets, channels, wear plates and chute liners.

Rolling

Clean, burr-free straight cuts on sheet and light plate, ideal for quick sizing before fabrication.

 Yes—mill test certs (MTC) are provided on request for all plate grades.

We can arrange blasting, priming or hot-dip galvanising through trusted partners.

Is there a minimum order?

No job is too small—whether you need one bracket or 20 tonnes of plate.
